Legal Description: Available Upon Request.  The buyer of this Real Estate will enter into an "AS IS" non-contingent purchase agreement on the day of the auction. 

 Down Payment:  $7,500 in cashiers check down on day of auction, (non refundable).

Buyer Representation: A 2% referral fee on the successful bid price will be paid to the buyers agent that registers their client with the auction company 48 hours prior to auction on Sept. 20, 2008.  Buyers agents must accompany clients to all showings and/or open houses and to the auction.
