This real estate is being sold for cash, however, in the event Buyer’s obtains financing, make sure all financing arrangements have been obtained prior to the auction.

TAXES: Seller will pay all real estate taxes due & payable in 2010, with the Respective Buyer’s tax obligation beginning with the May 2011 installment & all subsequent taxes and assessments.

POSSESSION: Will be delivered to buyer upon final closing.
